He had never had a job. As a way to make money during school, he began working for a multi-level marketing company. While the company lacked leadership, vision and integrity in his opinion, it made Simon appreciate the opportunities that come with network marketing and telecommunications.

When a top producer for ACN offered him the chance to meet the Co-Founders, Simon jumped at the chance. He jotted down a list of questions and flew to Amsterdam to talk with them.

"I had 19 questions written down on a piece of paper and the Co-Founders answered them perfectly," he said. "What appealed to me was the possibility of real residual income."

Since joining the ACN family, Simon has really grown as an individual, learning how to increase his personal potential and teach others how to maximize their capabilities. In addition, he has realized his dreams of traveling the world on his own terms without having to worry about the cost or about going back to work on Monday morning.

Simon has developed a flourishing business while making amazing friendships. He attributes his success to being coachable, getting away from negative people, keeping the end result in mind and having specific goals that are both short-term and long-term.

"Every single day that goes by while I'm building my business, I ask myself the following question: 'What can I do today to get closer to where I want to be?' I try never to think of what I will do next week or next month, but always today," he said. "That has always helped me get closer to my longer term goals."
